# Seed Providers

> POST /v1/providers/seed — seed the provider registry from bundled data

Seeds the provider registry from AXON's bundled provider list.

This route requires the static operator key.

## Request

```

## Response

The seed data is written as curated manual rows. Providers without a pinned `payee_address` may still be inserted, but they are not production-grade attestation targets until a real payee is set.

## Error codes

| Code | Meaning |
| :- | :- |
| `REJECTED_POLICY` | Caller is not using the static operator key |
