# List Providers

> GET /v1/providers — inspect the provider registry

Returns provider-registry entries.

This route requires operator credentials in the strict sense: the static `AXON_DECISION_API_KEY`. Tenant `axon_sk_*` keys and platform sessions are rejected.

## Request

### Query parameters

| `null_payee` | boolean | When `true`, only return rows with `payee_address = null` |

`null_payee_count` is computed over the returned page, not over the entire table.

## Error codes

| Code | Meaning |
| :- | :- |
| `REJECTED_POLICY` | Caller is not using the static operator key |
| `INTERNAL_ERROR` | Registry query failed |
